I am eating a cheese that has no lactose. The doctor had told me to look for that sort of cheese but I thought it would not be as good. Now I wrote down the name of it.

which one is it? my youngest is allergic to dairy (milk/ cheese). I found a soy based one that is delicious for her (used it when my other child was allergic to dairy too)

It's good that they make the special cheese for those that can't handle the lactose.

Very neat! I didn't know you could buy cheese without it. That would have helped a lot when I was young and lactose intolerant.
