I am eating a cheese that has no lactose. The doctor had told me to look for that sort of cheese but I thought it would not be as good. Now I wrote down the name of it.

which one is it? my youngest is allergic to dairy (milk/ cheese). I found a soy based one that is delicious for her (used it when my other child was allergic to dairy too)

@marguicha Swiss is one of my favorites, mozzarella is delicious on hamburger casseroles.
