Working the 3rd shift

January 25, 2018 5:00pm CST
Hi i work nights 3rd shift for alot of people they prefer day shift or swing shift. Well i like 3rd shift cause supervisors arent really there looking at what your doing all the time. And the main people from the company ain't there either. I do my job and i get to rest or talk to my coworkers for like 30 minute's sometimes. Im a machine operater but right now im waiting for them to find me a spot to train me to run a machin. So for tonight im just going to keep inspecting the production If they were offering you a job that had 3 shifts what would you choose 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift?

@Texasboy956 Haha I think it's normal to fall asleep at work because you're body still adjusting.

I would choose 1st shift. Many years ago, my husband worked the 3rd shift for a year and it was hard having his days mixed up.

I used to work night shift as a care worker sometimes. It never bothered me, but didn't want to do it permanently.

I think I would choose first shift or second shift because it would give me time to spend it with you but also give me time to do things
