Forgotten Stories

Today my daughter's laptop was giving her trouble. We got it working again and I had her send some old stories I had written when the computer was mine. Some of the stories are finished and others aren't. It will give me something to work on for the next Grue Tales book. While I remembered a few, some I had totally forgotten about. Of course once I read them they sparked the memories. That puts me ahead in the story writing and with a few more stories, I'll have another short story book out.

I love that I save my stories too. Maybe one day I will make a book like you.

It sounds like a wonderful idea. I tend to put away stories for a bit of a time and pick them up later. It is amazing how differently you tend to look at them. It's theni will make a few changes and carry on to the finished product.

Sometimes that's the best thing to do. When you're close to a story it is best to put them away and go back to them later. You see them in a better perspective that way.

I use to write short stories, while I was still in school. I regret not keeping any of them!

There's nothing to stop you from writing new ones. I had ones I wrote a long time ago that I wish I had kept too.

@irishidid I always liked to write stories, but not recently.
