Guess I Need a Second Cat

I have been doing a lot of reading on the benefits of owning a cat. I have one. My other one passed this past Halloween. I think I will be getting another. Our Gushi (current cat) would love to have a friend, and I am hoping the health benefits are true. They certainly are great listeners when you need someone with whom to talk.

I think you need another one, too! :-) I'm "cat sitting" right now - I have a guest cat for 2 months while her owner travels - she is a wonderful friend :-)

@Hannihar Aw shucks. But I hear you. Sometimes 1 is enough. Right now Bridgette is carrying a toy around, meowing. :-)

Those are all true @gnatsmom . If you do get another one, take Gushi with you so he can 'choose' his own friend. Less problems that way.

It is true cats do have good benefits. It is wise decision too to have another friendly cat.

I love it when my cat kneads on my lap, feels like she's giving me a massage.
