I am obsessed with traditional houses

I have a fancy for all things old...especially old houses and the architecture of earlier times. I like visiting places in Europe because old/traditional houses are everywhere.
I always said to myself that if I ever end up having lots and lots of money, I will buy myself a very old house just for fun. 
Here is an old building in the german province of Hessen. Most of the buildings are from the 19th century or earlier.

I too, have a fascination of things architecture. But both old and new. I love new designs and new technology. Whenever I enter a house I immediately look for the architecture...but I don't think I want to live in something old. I love roomy spaces.

@tzwrites I supposed we are all shaped my our early environment. i grew up in old tattered house so, enough of that. I think old houses do have a personality of its own and can be equally fascinating.

The architecture of vintage homes and buildings have greater visual appeal than contemporary.

a traditional house here would be either a nipa hut or a bahay na bato (stone house). what i liked about my grandparent's nipa hut was they only had basic stuff, so no clutter, and not much to clean. i would make modifications, though.
