Visit to two doctor Hematology and Dermatologist

Good afternoon.A busy one for me this morning. Got my injection and visit with the Dr.no improvement on the blood count 8.8 hematology Then later visit my Dermatologist Follow up on the rash on my tail bone. The treatment earlier did not help at all. He took a punch biopsy of my skin took a piece of skin to check this out. Said he no tennis this week.Boo hoo. Will know the results in two weeks. That was my morning.

Starting the day off with doctors isn't much fun. Sorry to hear that you'll have to give up tennis this week. Guess you'll be spending more time baking

I'm sorry you won't be able to play tennis. I hope your blood levels go up and they can find the cause of the rash.

What does he think the rash on your tailbone could be? If you were bedridden I'd think a bed sore.

I meant that I knew it wasn't a bed sore since you aren't bed ridden. I wrote it confusing sorry.

@Shagging no I am not bed ridden.My skin is very very dry.Have to cream most of my body every day. Bed sore?I do not think so.

@CookieMonster they cannot too much about the blood.Injection and blood transfusion.Which keeps me alive. The other thing not sure.

Those dermatologists....I’m still doctoring the wounds he inflicted on me last week. My biopsy was fine, pray yours is, too.

Since you have to have transfusions fairly often, might that be one reason that rash hasn't healed yet? I supposed it's better to have it tested than find out later it was missed. I know that my having varicose veins is the main reason sores don't heal very quickly that are on my lower legs even though the varicosity doesn't look as bad as it does on some people. In fact, most wouldn't even know that I have the problem when I wear shorts. Mine is from sluggish blood flow near my feet. I hope the results will allow it to be treated correctly and so you can see results, or that the doctor can see the results.
