quit smoking

It's 49 hours now since I have started quitting, I feel it's so difficult but I will try and do my best. Do you have experience with cigarettes and quitting ?

I quit a month ago-cold turkey with the help of the Lord. I will pray that you can do it too! Every time I craved one I watched a sermon on youtube or prayed. =)

Yes I quit and used the gum to quit...it was not easy. Good luck.
