Any ideas of how to get back to a blocked website?

I have just failed a test required to join a particular site but the problem is that I cannot apply the test again. Am considering changing my device and everything and then reapply. Will it work?

Maybe that's the policy of the site, if yes you can't do anything about it.

@cttolledo very probably not I'm not suggesting people do this I'm just coming at the question from a purely technical point of view. It is easy for a site to ban someone but it is equally easy for the person to come back if they use various methods.

Yes work harder and try from a different device and network. But do not use same Email address.

Yes, so can I get back to it if I change my device and network?

Depends if they've logged your IP. If they have just get some IP spoofing software and it should be fine...no need to change devices or networks. Thing is though if you failed the test you may fail again unless the test required you to be from a certain country which some sites do...if it's a nationality thing then that's easy to get around in the short term.
