Yet another odd food combination

My niece was over and I saw her dipping the jack fruit delight I had prepared in chicken curry. She did not quite like me seeing her do it. When she was not looking I did the same and it did taste good. Spicy chicken curry and the sweet jack fruit delight seem to get along well. This will be in my menu from now on.

@Sreekala If you manage to get a sizable jack fruit you can clean it remove the seeds make small packets and deep freeze it.

I have stored jack fruit in our fridge which lasts for a year or more. New one's are showing but they will be ready in another three or four months

Sometimes we might think something is Strange and different when it comes to foods someone else is eating, but many times I too have found when you take time to try them some of them are actually good. This probably would be good since it is Sweet and Spicy mixed together.

Normally a sweet dish is not eaten with spicy curries but this tastes real good.

Sometimes things that you think wouldn't taste nice together do go together very well.
