Something must be going on

The cops keep slowly driving down my street. Now, I'm used to seeing three cruisers parked across the street when they come to take the crazy girl away, but that didn't happen today. At least, not that I saw. But when they do take her away, they don't continue to do a drive past. I do wonder what's up.
