hello there my co-lotters how are you doing now? im a bit resting now after a chores this morning, washed some dirty clothes, uniform of my daughter and i cooked a sinigang na bangus sa sampalok(Stewed Milkfish in Tamarind Broth)as i want something with soup today. i usually dont use a tamarind but theres one unused pack at the fridge which my sister and her bf bought when theyre still here. i had my lunch as well then i prepared my daughters lunch, i removed the bones of this fish it has a lot inside. its a very tasty fish, white flesh, clear and note its our national fish. hoping you all have a great day...
