What do you do when you get those midnight cravings?

It's hard when you are trying to live healthier and lose weight and your mind keeps telling you to go get a snack at bed time. What I do to fight this urge is eat a protein rich dinner 4 hours before bed. If I do get an unbeatable craving I get a cup of warm water with lemon and something really light, such as a handful of almonds or half an orange...something real small. I fill up with the warm water and satisfy my taste buds with just a taste of food. I think it helps wien yourself off from eating whenever you want to training your body to not want food after a certain time.

I agree. Also i try to eat a sweet fruit like a banana when craving sweets. Sometimes it works and other times it doesnt.

Same here, anytime I crave sweets I try to eat fruit. Occasionally, very rarely I'll give into a cookie. Why not? Haha

Oh good to know! I read that bananas are a good way to start the day because they keep you full longer and sustain energy.

I clearly understand that feeling and you end up breaking the rules. All the best
