I am annoyed (just like Lord Jesus Christ when His disciples were frightened by the stormy waters at sea & woke Him up to bring Him to top-deck), because my relatives frequently 'call out an alert' (We Need Y`all to Start Praying!) everytime Aunt Kathy's condition changes http://www.facebook.com/kathy.boswell.395 in the hospital. And--while I understand (we all love Aunt Kathy, want her to stay as long as manageable comfort allows)--I'm ... I ... I guess I'm seeing why Jesus was annoyed at His disciples: they had the wrong "faith!" They believed they needed Him to calm the waters. "He said to his disciples (after he 'Penn-&-Teller/David Copperfield'-ed the storm), 'Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?'" Aunt Kathy's been in the hospital for a little while (maybe a week), and I wonder if any of the 'prayers needed'-alerters have asked us to keep on praying ... and if not, why not? Do they think that the prayers we prayed before didn't count?
