Water, as we know is source of life, in whatever type it exists and its multiple functions for human body. 1)It's a pleasure when we are thirsty 2)It helps cardiac and cardiovascular problems, as it helps blood get diffused across body, helping its circulation 3)It helps metabolism and also in losing faster weight...this and more-SO, drink water as much as possible, doctors recommend round 2 lt daily.

True true.. but based on experience, my feet and legs get faster to feel numb. I mean, when not moving too long. Logically, high resistance makes low conduction. And too much water weakens the signal in our body, maybe that's why it feels numb faster. But I know this is not scientifically proven.

I drink a cup of water each morning as I wake up from sleep. I find it helps to start the day detoxifying my body.

People who take medicine though need to be careful. Sometimes too much water flushes the medicine out. I do drink water. Good discussion!

We can drink more than 2 liters of water. There is no harm in it. Water purifies our body and removes toxins. During summers we should consume more water.
