A jist about my anxiety

I am someone who can become extremely anxious in any moment of my life. Since I am a student, people think that the common tensions in my life such as exam stress, project work etc. are the onpy problems I have in life. I have been unable to tell others that my anxiety begins even if I am sitting peacefully at one place. It starts emerging from a particular thought and then it increases so much that I end up getting worried , I start paniking and in some cases I even end up shivering . This is something about which I am unable to find a solution till now. I would like to conclude with this question that does anyone get any such type of anxiety and if you do then how do you cope with it?

I would suggest you to pray to God. He/She will help you. Don't lose hope.

I felt that way several times. I realized it's a byproduct of me overthinking. What I do is try to relax and think of solutions to my thoughts. If it doesn't work, or if it made me even more anxious, I would slowly inhale through my nose and slowly exhale through my mouth, and become aware of my heart beating and my breathing. I look for or think if 5 things that I like or love while doing this or after doing the breathing thing. I hope thia helps you as well.

@Swayamsiddha just hang on and don't give up on yourself. I cannot tell when or how, but you will get through this even stronger. Just don't give up. Cheers, my friend!

H? and Welcome. Sorry to read you are going trough all of this. I believe it's better to speak with a professional on this matter, and in the meanwhile what that might help is working on breathing (Youtube) and building up as well your confidence.

I have an extreme anxiety. Nothing works for me. I take meds. I am extremely anxious in my own home. I can't cope with my anxiety.
