I was doing my budget for next month. I then noticed I had one due in a few days on another card. I called to ask a few questions. I then was told for the lower fee I could have the same features I have with my current account. Bless me for asking and with one minor adjustment I am now pay $10 instead of $15. I am so so glad I made that call. My English teacher helped me a lot. I never would ask a question in hopes of not making a fool of myself. Some.... teachers are priceless.

@sharon6345 In the past when I would get charged a yearly fee for having a credit card, I would call and ask for the fee to be waived. The first 2 or 3 times I called, a different person would tell me there's absolutely no way they were allowed to do that. But then I'd get someone who would say "Of course we'll be glad to take off that fee for you."

Excuse me, do you need English lessons, which are native speakers? If anything, I would have to need it.

I wouldn't ask questions or raise my hand to answer am questions in fear of being wrong in school. I was very nervous.
