How can I cope with severe anxiety?

Does anyone have some advice? I have severe anxiety. A very high heart rate (112 bpm), trembling, panic attacks, hyperventilation. I don't know what to do anymore. I had some counselling, I take medication. Nothing works. I feel I can't deal with this anymore. I can't function. I tried to engage in life, to distract myself but this doesn't work. When I clean or do something my heart rate increases even more. I am extremely anxious, agitated and upset. I can't stand this anymore. I tried all meds, I had therapy. Now what? I'll appreciate some help, if it's possible. I know that I shouldn't post this here, but I am feeling desperate. And I lost hope.

Good that you visit doctors and follow their recommendations. First, take a good sleep. In proper time. Find a thing, hobby, or anything which makes you feel at least a bit calm. Concentrate on it. Pray to God, our Creator, as he knows what is better for us. Control your thoughts, plan your day and fill it with useful things. Clean your room and try to bring freshness into it - flowers, accurate things will help. Do not concentrate on yourself - try to help someone. Find a person who would love to have your help. Call your Grandparents if you have them. Buy a cute pet. Do not give up...

@dya80dya that's great! Look, if you understand and admit your problem, your case is not that bad... Think about others, use your energy for the better. Hard does not mean impossible From your words on myLot, I know you can do it. Good luck

@dya80dya Have you tried listening to relaxing music, working on a hobby, writing your feelings and experiences, taking a vacation, etc.

No. I was very stressed out. But now I don't have reasons to be so anxious. I can't understand why is so severe. I can't eat and drink water. I am very dehydrated. This is a serious problem.

@dya80dya I never get anxiety attack yet or ever, but I know its not easy as you cannot breathe well and calm down. I really understands your situation. I hope you can get love from people around you like your family and friends, who supports you no matter what.

I went to many doctors. 4 doctors. They don't know what to do. They can't help me. That's what they said.

Meditation works very well with anxiety, you sit calmly and just go into the zone. I am sorry you are going through that, I hope you can find a way to work through it.
