What is Wrong with my cat?

I have a tarp down on the floor from working on the cracks and walls and I heard him walking all over it meow meow meow, like 15 times L.O.L. I wouldn't let him sit in my chair where I am working on line but every time I get up he is back in it I told him no Mr Kitty, Now is running all over the house meow meow meow. He is a Happy cat that is for sure I was gone most of the day at Home Depot and my husband has not moved off the couch since Ileft, Now my cat will be waking me up at 4 or 5 a.m. as I already know jumping back and forth over me while I am trying to sleep! Ugh!! L.O.L.
