But today she did talk to me more about her situation.Yes the tenant. She called one hour before our met up time and told me she could not come because hubby has her car at work and the keys are on that ring. She swears she is not avoiding me and that she wants to get the trash out before I get the house back and that things just has not worked out, in one way or another for her to get there and do it. I explained that neighbors are calling and inquiring about the lights on all night and nothing over the windows and just being nosy. I told her that I do not want it spik and span, like she would anyways, HA!, that I just need to get to work on the bathroom and that I would be willing to help her get the rest out, garbage separated from trash and put it on the porch for her. See the floor has a weak spot and I need to see why its weak, it may need a new floor?! This tenant is a really big woman. But first off I need to spray it down with clorox and let that set before anything can be done to the bathroom. I told her if it needs a new floor I need to get started and the house would get nasty from that work so I did not need it spotless. I usually always spray the bathroom down with any rental and leave for a day or so because of the fumes, come back and wipe it down and do it again. I want it clean for the next one, plus kill any germs while I work there. I need to check the lights to see if I need to call the electrician and make an appointment with them. There is so much people do not know that I do after a tenant moved to get ready for the next family. Its not just sweeping and mopping. So a big promise, tomorrow she is off work and we will meet and get started. So I cleaned a little around this house and did laundry. I am now working on the taxes, I am 2/3 done. How was your day?
