Behaved and well-mannered

It is given fact that we ought to behave appropriately on here, to exercise courtesy, respectfulness, politeness, to encourage healthy debates, and promote a supportive, warm environment.
But sometimes, some situations, just bring out the worst in us. Some people pushing all the right (or wrong) buttons.
Have there been times you were this much closer to the edge that you were just about to lose it, spew curses in big bold black letters like no tomorrow, and just unleash that demon that's been locked up in the deepest recesses of your soul? Have that red pointy tail nearly sprung out from the back of your pants? 
Or did your better senses take over and you just let it slide?
How behaved are you on myLot? In comparison to maybe, social media?

Been here for 7 years and boy did I have several of those my way.
But now that I'm turning 40, I believe that I can just let things slide and not fret about it.

Time is the healer, as they say, and with age, we tend to let go of things which would otherwise bother us a lot. Cheers.

We all have our trigger points and i have surely been pushed towards it quite a lot. I would like to believe that i am well behaved and respectful most times, but being human, i have been pushed to behave rather differently than i normally would.
Being more mature now, i feel that i am not over reacting to situations and letting things go.

that's the good thing about maturing. we are not as bothered by petty things anymore. Although, I'd say I am more anxious now about serious real-life things than ever before. The human emotion is a complex puzzle.

That's really good. 
When I first started at myLot, I thought the niceness was too good to be true. It probably is but I;m glad everyone tries to be respectful even when at times it can be hard

I am okay with most things. If it is too emotive or political I just do a generic comment. I am genuinely interested in what people are trying to say. So I don't really have that 'devil' moment.

i can't feel any bad bone in you Gita.
And you're right, I steer clear from touchy subjects as much as I can. But I can't help it sometimes.
