Do your eyes get to feeling a bit sluggish even blurred after a day at the computer? Here are a few ways to eliminate the eye strain. * Be sure to eat your veggies. * Add some eye exercises to your daily time on the computer. * Screen time in the evenings is hurtful to sleep cycles so not having any screen time in the evening is helpful to sleep time. * Getting natural light atleast one time during the day is important so get wide spectrum light outside. * Set your computer to a dimmer level so your eyes can relax. And customize your text size to one that doesn't make you squint to see after a few hours. * Take plenty of breaks where you get up and move around during your time on the computer.

I am glad you mentioned dimming the computer screens. I do this and have never been sure if its actually good for your eyes or not.

Thanks for sharing these tips. I used to sit in front of my computer all day long as a programmer. Now that I am a stay-at-home mom, though I still like to use my computer very often, I don't get a chance to sit here for long time, as I need to go and spend time with my kids and do my housework, so I have plenty of breaks now.
