Look at it, it's beautiful. I can't wait to start making things with it. Plus, the box it came in is the perfect size to make a cat house out of.

What kind of craft are you into? Is it just a coincident that your name "Katt" indicated your fondness for cats?

I'm experimenting with pretty much everything, but I got this specifically for making stuffed animals. ^_^ Also, I named myself Katt when I was fifteen.

@PeachieMew _I'm thinking the first stuff animal made with your new sewing machine would be a kat?

@josie_ I'm thinking of something simple for my first time, like a triangle.

You sound like me when I got the sewing machine to sew the teddy bears with. I am so thrilled with it, and I named it for the woman's mother. I first started by taking it apart and doing a thorough cleaning and oiling, the machine runs like a swiss watch! I even am getting a special table for the machine from a friend of mine at the antique store that I have a booth space at. The dealer friend told me yesterday that he has a typewriter table that will work perfectly for the sewing machine as it not only is a heavy table but it also rolls around too. I can't wait to get the table and get the sewing machine off the TV table that it's on. I plan to spend the rest of this week working on the teddy bears. It's so wonderful having a sewing machine that fits the kind of sewing that you do. It's even better when you can get a machine that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg...the one I have now cost me around $50 (American) and it is an older heavier duty sewing machine that was made in the late 1940's through the 1950's. What are you planning to sew? I know in my area the people who are tuned into their animals buy specially made cat toys. I may make a bunch to put into the shop to sell for Christmas time. Have a wonderful time sewing!!! And give your cat a pat for me!!!!! Hugs OH! Your cat isn't spoiled either is it? My orange tabby loves Bill's Kubota vehicle and spends most of his time curled up on the seat taking a nap. He isn't spoiled in the least bit!!!
