Mostly yes, Otherwise also if I need to join the site there is nothing I can do if some rules are not suiting me! But sites like Mylot where we are seriously doing some constructive work, to be in good records I read and try to behave within the frame of limits! Thanks dear @tashinabu !

I do read the guidelines of a website. But sometimes I don't read the terms and conditions.

of course. if i want to be a part of a website, i should conform with the terms and conditions. i would not want to be rejected, if at all.

depends upon the site/service. If it involves a contract and money then yes. If it's just some nonsense site then often I don't.

I mostly read guildlines and faqs, All terms and conditions are pretty much the same and is more for anyone who actually causes problems. Don't cause problems, don't need to worry about the terms and conditions.
