hi guys! are you familiar with this beans? right now im having a boil of it at the kitchen. i need to soften it because i will sauted it later for dinner. i'm not actually do the cooking in this house because my late dad did it before but right now i have no choice but to do the cooking myself. i've learned this kind of beans to him also. when i am sick before like fever, my dad will ask me to try a hot bowl of it then i will eventually feel okay and strong again. you will know if its cooked when its slightly cracked and raised at the top of the water. see you around. i'll try to update later when its already cooked at night time.

Looks like a good, healthy nutritious meal. Beans provide protein, so it's healthy to have a diet of beans. I usually enjoy yellow split pea soup, spiced with cumin and black pepper.

I have never heard of them but I would love to try them. They must be very healthy if they help you feel better that way! That's awesome your dad used to do the cooking but it's good to learn to cook ourselves.
