Favorite Delicacy?

I love eating all delicacies --- the kakanin or native food such as (maja, rice cake, kutchinta, puto, bibingka), sweet delicacies (pastillas, guava jam, durian candies), street foods (chicken feet, head, & intestine barbecues, balot), local dishes (kilawin and lechon), and many more. All Pinoys delicacies are my favorites! Everytime I heard or see and smell them all I craved. I am looking forward to eat other countries delicacies too. Are you fond of delicacies? What is your favorite?

@allen0187, I never tried it as barbecue. I prefer to eat it as crispy dinuguan.
