Late morning itchy feet!

Before I had that horrible not so fun night mare that I posted earlier, I woke up suddenly while my feet is itching. A few scratches and went back to sleep after wards.
Some people think it's just athletes foot or fungus. But others like the Dr. on this video thinks that there's a possible sluggish gallbladder problem.
I just ignored his product advertisement.
How do you deal with itchy feet? maybe it's time to pour it with little bit warm water.

I seem to have never encountered such problem at all.
But regarding that doctor’s opinion there might be some truth to it.

It wasn't meant for that but it worked as a kid. It's an antibacterial ointment so it can actually be used for a lot of things.

Soak your feet to a warm water with soap and salt. It works for me. You can try.

I always soak my feet and use a cream as my feet get dry in the winter and irritated working or standing off them. It could be a fungal infection.

@Letranknight2015 i find in the winter it tends to be dry. If it continues it could be fungal but temds to be a white patches.

try to check if there are wounds or some redness. there are some organisms that can penetrate the soles of the feet.
