I used to drink green tea in the morning while I was working. Now I drink green tea only once in a while.

I am more into tea flavour and quite particular about it. It used to be Lopchu but now we have settled down to Taj.

I do with a bit of cinnamon, honey, and ginger. I prefer macha which is japanese powdered green tea. It has a stronger taste and keeps you awake longer.

@shubhu3 All three ingredients have been said to help speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight. So we'll see. If anything it just makes green tea more enjoyable :)

I do love green tea and drink it nightly. Sometimes I drink, oolong, black tea, hibiscus tea, but I mostly drink green tea nightly. I love that green tea is so good for you with lots of vitamin C too.

I like green tea but I only drink it on weekends.Green tea is diuretic and I don't want to pee every time at work.I also drink it in the morning and avoid it at night for the same reason.Besides, it promotes mental alertness like coffee but healthier.It's also good in strengthening our immune system.
