Glad My Morning of the Lord's Day was Spent in the Church

My heart is glad because I attended the holy service at our church this morning. I was there 45 minutes before the starting time. I helped in preparing the settings. I fitted the mikes and assigned the readings. When the faithful came I led the morning prayers. I led the singing too. After the service, a parish council meeting was held to discuss the Lent and Holy Week services. By the time we locked the gate it was 12 noon. I am happy that my Sunday morning was spent in God's service.

It won't be long and we'll be into Easter. I'm glad you enjoyed playing a major part in organising the Sunday service.
