Is it possible to earn a decent income online? / myLot

I can't have a normal job. I can't work because I have some health problems. But I try to work online. I never found a site that pays a decent income. Do you think it's possible to earn more than a few cents every day? I don't have any special skills. But it's really difficult to earn online. And if we don't have some skills it's even harder. It takes some years to earn a few dollars. So much time is wasted.

@dya80dya It is quite impossible to earn more than 10$ in a year. But they are so hard to earn.

Survey sites pay faster but I love mylot so I spend most my time here not caring I earn little. There are people I know who work from hour for hourly wages but a I can't do that because I have no experience so they wouldn't let me work there

I do a lot of online sites but I'm just not very active on any so I go years between cash outs sometimes. I am not sure what online sites are available to earn in Romania.
