It was a weird weekend

It was a really weird weekend, like, not so weird for me, but it was just weird it felt weird and I'm happy it is over.
Saturday during the day was kind of normal for me, nothing big happened. But a friend of mine as he was coming home, it was raining so bad that when he was turning he skid and drove right into a ditch. Thank goodness he was okay, his car was okay, or so he thought, but it was enough to drive home. So happy he was okay though.
Then as he was driving for work last night his tire popped and something else happened on his car and he wasn't able to go to work. Just yikes.
As for me, it wasn't that weird for me except for deleting my entire tumblr blog on accident and not able to get it back so that is 9 years of my life GONE and also Saturday evening it was so windy that my allergies were really bad and my ears were hurting and my throat was just messed up. So all of Sunday I could barely talk and everything was muffled for my hearing. Yeaaahh (please don't talk about taking medicines, don't do it, just don't I have explained in a million and 5 times, they don't work. I have tried other alternatives, they don't work. So shush).
But yeah, just an odd weekend and hopefully this week will be good. I got my Mturk work done today in just a few hours so now I am working on a drawing. Heck yeah, I love when I get my work work done so I can work on my other work that I actually want to do! Goal is to complete this entire drawing by the end of the week. I am working on a background, so that is going to be a pain, but you know! I'm gonna try because I really want to work on my male characters!

I rarely ever take medicine when I am sick. I prefer to suffer through it then fill my body will all the chemicals etc. Sorry to hear you were sick. We all have a sinus thing going on here in my house. The only one really bad with it though is my son.

I was so sick as a kid that I rarely get sick now. But every 2-3 years I get a bad sinus infection that won't go away and turns into bronchitis. I usually suffer longer until I think I might die if I don't get an antibiotic then I finally give in and go to the doctor.

Everyone tells me to take medication and I'm just like, 1, I have and it didn't work and 2. I'm not letting my immune system die for being a baby and going to the doctor for every ache and pain. If anyone wants to pay for those medical bills, be my guest! Haha! My mom gets really bad sinus infections, I don't get them that often.

@shaggin My mom and I have a rule that if we are not better in a week, then we go to the doctor.I don't even take a pain killer until I cannot even focus anymore.

Well I'm glad your friend is ok in both situations that happened with his car. I hope it won't be too expensive to fix his vehicle. Hope your feeling better today. My weekend was okay it was a relaxing weekend at home with my boyfriend, it's what we needed.

I hope not either, poor thing will probably have to exhaust his savings, but it is a good reminder savings are a good thing.

You really had a lot going on. I have times like that. We all do. My weekend I got in the mud, at church, and had to be pulled out, and it's still raining.

Sorry to hear that.There are just days that you feel weird.If you are referring last Saturday I can relate to you.One of our colleagues just received the news that her father passed away, and it's natural that she'll be sad with crying bouts,then later that afternoon another colleague just that she's experiencing a lot of troubles when she's such a jolly person.Then later on the same day,another colleague just cried of a sudden as she missed his father and while talking with him for the first time in the phone.It feels weird that it happened in one day.I felt so emotionally drained after that.

I had a pretty good weekend. It was rainy. I mostly read yesterday didn't do much work. Today I hope to do some work and get the mail.
