After the initial shock of getting a rental house back and its nasty, full of trash and smells, I get the list made.
Well, I always do a good scrubbing before I start repairs. Luckily I wont have to repair anything in the closed in garage! Just a good floor scrubbing once its empty.
There are two major repairs, in my opinion, That one roof leak around the pipe on the roof and that weak area in the bathroom floor. Hopefully something will be done today, I really wished the roof would get repaired first, it just depends on who comes and when.
I will get back to painting today, I am waiting for it to warm up a little, there is no heat so I will take a small electric heater and the fan today. Why the fan? To keep air moving so the paint will dry faster. I wont use the heater unless I get cold but usually when I work I am not cold.
I have not done much in the bathroom besides clean the sink, tub and toilet, I swept and mopped it in bleach. I hope today, The toilet will be taken up moved outside and the vinyl rug taken up to look at the floor, from the basement it looks okay so this is the only way to see why it feels weak at the door and on one side of the toilet.
I am sure I will buy new to go back down in the floor.
I hope my day goes as planned. What are you up today?
Photo is that nasty bathroom before cleaning.

@andriaperry If the lady would have kept the bath tub clean you would have not the need to ask for an helper.

I did that a little when I was in between jobs as a teen and young adult. I was luck and got rich people who just wanted their clean house dusted and vacuumed. It was big!
I loved doing lawn care and landscaping. But it was seasonal work.

Cleaning everything up is the best you can do. Just a quiet day at home and now I am soon getting offline and enjoying a movie. This week seems to be going awful fast.

Hopefully, after all this hard work, the next tennant will have a little respect for the property.

Yes I understand your problem...so I never rent my house which is being lying vacant for last 10 years and is being taken care of by the care takers I have there...I visit that place and stay minimum once in a year dear @andriaperry! Thanks ! god bless!
