Hello friends.. One of my friends suggested me to use chia seeds . Reason it's good to treat body inflammation .Just soak one teaspoon of chia seeds in a glass of water overnight and drink it in the morning. Or we can add lemon juice . Does anyone know the good affects of chia seeds also known as basil seeds or sabja seeds. . Anyone used it? I checked online . But i want to know your thoughts...

@prashu228 I think that there is a certain brand of food over here that makes it. I might try one just to see what they are like.

They don't change the flavor of foods so you can put them in anything. They have Omega 3 in them.

Here, people just toss chia seeds anywhere they can. We've done it on yogurt and salads . . . some put it in their smoothies. When it hits a liquid, it becomes kinds gelatinous - sort of like teeny boba balls. But in something like salad, it gives it that extra bit of crunch. I don't know all the health benefits, but it's supposed to be good for you!
