You would think after covering the winter storm, I'd get a break. But that wasn't the case. Currently, I'm covering talks between local school, code enforcement, and mayor's office advocating sidewalk safety and preventive measures for student walkers. And today, I took up a piece in Barnes and Noble staff cuts. I spoke to a local store but they were told not to speak on the matter when asked if their store would see staffing cuts. However, when asked if they were hiring employee or plan too they replied, "No, not at this time." I did reach out to B&N Headquarters for a statement and awaiting a response. So as you can see still pretty busy. But there is always time for a food photo. Made these from scratch. Seasoned with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
