What's for dinner? February 13

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am making something that I haven't had in a long time. It is a recipe from the Union Square Cafe Cookbook: Mama Romano's Baked Lemon Chicken. I remember making it a couple of years ago and really enjoying it. I have a whole cut up kosher chicken that I got on 50% off sale for $5.69 on Saturday so I need to cook it tonight. I was in the mood for something different so this is what I came up with. To go with it I am going to do basmati rice and some steamed garlic green beans.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

I heated up the rest of the hamburger soup I had made last night. We had mac and cheese with it last night, but I made some brown rice with it tonight.
