I can't sleep

I don't know what's the problem I can't sleep properly,I can't able to eat properly on time .I am spending more time in internet in fact I am addicted to internet.I tried to stay away but I can't..

Me too, i cant sleep.. you know what it's already 4:11am in the morning here in manila and I am still awake..

It happens...the radiation emits from smartphone really gives sleep less nights.try to reduce using it in night timings.

Before I use mobile phone over 16 to 18 hours per day. Now I am using less even though my routine gets disturbed.

Yeah probably youve been addicted to internet. I think you must limit the usage of the internet and try to make other stuffs. Remember our body need to take a rest.

@Lignitecityabishek96 These days, I have a goal of being in bed by 11 PM. I used to stay up on the internet to the early morning but it was not good for my health.
