Excited for the Oscars!

Watching movies is one of my hobbies and that is why I'm also interested in the Oscars. I don't always agree with the outcome of those awards, but the majority of the nominated films are quite enjoyable. Right now, I've seen 6 out of 9 of the Best Picture nominees, and I think my favourite would have to be Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. The other nominated movies that I have seen are: Lady Bird, The Post, Get Out, Dunkirk and The Shape of Water. Which of the nominated movies have you seen? Are you interested in the Oscars or do you not really care about them?

I do not care about the Oscars anymore and have not seen any nominated films.

Well, I thought they were good movies, I would recommend most of them, if you're looking for something to watch.

@maclanis I have not yet planned which movies to watch. Surely not Dunkirk because I do not want to see war movies. Of those you mentioned The Shape of Water and The Post are the two I will surely watch.

@LadyDuck Of those two, I most enjoyed The Shape of Water. I saw that one in the theatre two days ago.

I havent seen any of these except Get Out which was good except very verycreepy. Hope you have a fabulous afternoon.

I enjoyed Get Out very much as well! It was great concept, and I actually like scary movies, so the creepiness wasn't a problem for me. Thank you, enjoy your afternoon too!
