Sick on Holiday!

Hello everyone! I wasn' here in the past days because I'm not feeling well since wednesday. Last night I had a fever and hopefully It won't get worst this coming days.
It's holiday today and I'm resting while others especially my friends are currently enjoying their out of town vacation.

what do you think caused it? overwork? then it's better to rest and not relapse.
