So I just made a little bit of a research about a fruit. That fruit helps reduce acne and it can help you loose weight. It help lose weight because it has 90% water. Do You know which fruit am I talking about?? Strawberry

I love strawberries but they act like a diuretic with me and I can't stop going to the loo after eating them! Fruit is indeed very good for you!

I wish store strawberries tasted better. A few grew for me last Spring. Huge, luscious difference in taste and texture.

The only kind of strawberries I can get here now are frozen but good to know when fresh strawberries will be available.
