Okay, maybe I'm over reacting - a bit - but still, when you open a bill and see that you are less than $30 from getting it paid off, you get excited. Well, I do anyway. I run in to my computer, call up my online bank account - cringe while I look at what I have in it at the moment - just over $50 to last to next Thursday - and change my payment. Well, payments actually. I take that bill off my automatic payment and go over and tell it to pay the final amount in my normal bill pay. Then I go back over to my autopay section and add more money to some of the other bills I still owe. Yeah, I still owe money to people, but at least that's one less thing I have to pay - and after next month, I'll have a bit more money, unless I decide to add more to some of those other bills. I probably will, actually, but next month I'm going to enjoy that extra $20... So, how do you feel when you have finally paid off some bill?

it feels pretty damn good to pay off a bill. your title just brought back memories of ren and stimpy, loved those cartoons. now ive got the log song in my head. What rolls down stairs alone or in pairs, and over your neighbor's dog? What's great for a snack, And fits on your back? It's log, log, log It's log, it's log, It's big, it's heavy, it's wood. It's log, it's log, it's better than bad, it's good."

@rebelann I have fibromyalgia, asked my doctor if he thought I was a hypochondriac, he assured me that when I came in, I really did have something wrong. For example, I would wait until I had bronchitis before I'd call the doc, but I'd call as soon as I could after that first cough. When you have something since you were 22, you KNOW when you have it again!

That's a bummer @ElicBxn I'm fortunate cuz I won't go to a doctor so I'm on no meds at all, just good food and a nip or two now and then of bourbon if I have some, I keep forgetting to buy a bottle.

It is great to pay off a bill especially if it is one you have been paying on for a long period of time.

I had it almost paid off and then I had to charge something on it because I didn't have cash and needed the item like that day. Then the next month, I needed another one.
