Do you like after noon sleep?

I don't like to sleep in afternoon.If i used to sleep in afternoon ,then i have to struggle to sleep during night.Waiting for sleep was really difficult feeling.I would roll in bed and try many yoga positions to sleep.After struggling i will sleep.
what about your views?

@Lignitecityabishek96 Not on working days even if on Sunday I am busy with some other commitments in the afternoon.

@Sreekala mother's have more commitments usually.But my mother used to sleep during afternoon.So that she will be brisk on next day.

Yes, I always do and so thankful coz I don't have problem sleeping at night though.

Sometimes I doze off in the afternoon but i don't sleep.
