Buko Salad Ice Candy

You will start to feel summer here as early as middle of February. I feel the sun this afternoon is really intense summer is really here. My aunt has a business this summer. She has a styro box where she puts the buko salad ice candy which sells at 6 pesos per piece. There is a poor boy she hires to sell the ice candy around the neighborhood using his bike.
The buko salad ice candy has buko or coconut meat shredded, fruit cocktail, cheese, condensed milk and cream. It's really delicious perfect for the summer season.

I love ice candy, we make our own usually mango ( from our tree) with condensed milk, I love buko and all kinds of fruits.

Yes mango ice candy is great this summer. Mango shake with cheese cake is delicious too

it's a great idea. you're referring to the buko salad (fruit cocktail with shredded coconut), right? then your aunt decided to make it more liquid and make it into ice candy. that would differentiate it from the plain ice buko so it's like a dessert.

@averygirl72 we're opposites. i'm used to fruit salad without the buko. in fact, when it comes to buko, i only like buko ice drop, buko ice candy and buko pie. i don't like buko juice, either.

I think that's a fruit salad iced candy and not buko if it has fruit cocktail. I don't like that kind of iced candy because of the fruits.

My aunt call it buko salad but I don't actually found buko in it but bits of fruit cocktail. Maybe there is a little buko. I like the fruit salad ice candy

@averygirl72 She should have called it fruit iced candy then coz buko is misleading. Especially if I were to buy it. Coz I really don't like the fruits in it especially coming from a canned fruit cocktail. I prefer pure buko.
