Hello everyone and good Saturday morning to you. How are we all doing today ?
The sun is shining and going to be 40 today. It's been really nice here all week in the 60's i've been enjoying it. It's so nice not having to go out early and start my car etc. Pretty much all of our snow is gone by now.
Anywhoo, it's the weekend and I did sleep in this morning until 10:30am. I was up once at 7 to use the bathroom but went back to bed. Now I'm watching Ouija movie and drinking my coffee. Soon I have cleaning to do.
My sister and niece are coming down today and spending the night so I want to get some cleaning done before they come over. We plan to hang out, play games and have some drinks.
What do you guys have planned for this Saturday ? I hope something fun. Well I'm off to finish my coffee and so i can get started on cleaning. Hope you all have a great day!

So far, this has been a very good day. I'm heading out soon, to get myself a nice 'latte.' Remodeling? Yes, I'm still holding the other end of the tape measure or lumber, to get something else done.

@Kobesbuddy glad to hear your having a good day. My morning has been pretty good so far, now I'm off to get my cleaning started before my company arrives. Hope you get something else done in your house. We are waiting until warmer weather to do anymore because the major project we want to do involves going into our attic and insulating it a bit more to keep the house warmer.

I have no plans for today. I will do some housework and watch the Olympics and cook meals. Maybe do a little laundry, pretty boring really.

@BelleStarr very nice. I'm about to start cleaning here in a few so the house is nice and clean when they arrive. I did my laundry the other day so that's one thing I do not have to do today besides my blankets.

I did have a good day, yesterday. I was with a friend at his book signing. He sold a couple books, for which I'm very happy for him. One of those asked about what I write when he told them I was also an author, so who knows, maybe I also made a sale, as I gave her information about my books.
It also snowed yesterday. Thankfully the roads weren't bad, considering the amount of driving to and from the bookstore where the book signing took place.
I'm glad you had a good day yesterday and hope you have a good weekend with your sister and niece.

@just4him glad your friend was able to sell some books and had a good turn out for his book signing. I used to go to a few of those back in the day. We got some snow overnight last night but only less than an inch and it will be gone in a day probably. So far my weekend is good, sad that it is Sunday already.

@just4him oh wow that is crazy. I hope you stay safe and it doesn't get too bad. We had rain and wind here today and was a high 53 degrees.

@Blondie2222 And now Monday. Our snow didn't last either, but right now, I'd rather have snow than what is coming down. Rain turning to ice. We're expecting treacherous road conditions in the next couple hours. I won't be going to the pool tomorrow, as they are predicting up to a quarter inch of ice. I'm not risking life or limb to go to the pool until it's safe to do so.
