Cauliflower cheese on a roast dinner ....yes or no ?

Whenever I go out for a meal and we have a carvery there is usually cauliflower cheese as one of the veg options...I always have some on my plate....however at home I never have it.....until today ....
I am not the person who cooks the Sunday lunch normally and the other folks do not like it , I guess that is why it has never been cooked here.
I mentioned this during the week ....and ..lo and behold .... what did I get today ...cauliflower cheese.... yay.... specially made just for me .
By jove, it was lovely.
We had roast pork, roast potatoes, cabbage, homemade stuffing and gravy .....and I had cauliflower cheese...
Oh my days it was so yummy .... and a lovely surprise too.
So, what do you think ....is cauliflower cheese on a roast dinner a good addition or not ?

@traceyjayne My adult kids insist on cauliflower cheese made with blue cheese alongside our Christmas leg of lamb. It works

I'm not exactly sure what cauliflower cheese is. If it's cauliflower with cheese sauce I'd say yes

yes that's right ....cauliflower topped with a cheese sauce.

My MiL always makes it when she does a roast. It's amazing how well it goes with a roast and gravy!

I like it with a roast but only have that combination when I go out for a carvery meal - and that's extremely rarely!

I have had cauliflower curry,but I have never had cauliflower cheese. It sounds delicious. I think I must too try it.

I think it's a great addition. I love cheese sauce with just about anything.
