See the picture taken ? That is the frail semi blinded kitten with its mommy.
Initially, the Mother cat gave birth to 4 kitten but three of them are missing which I believed my neighbor had taken them away to the nearby restaurant . These stray kittens are not welcome by neighbors because they poop and vomitted anywhere.
Yup, they poop in my garden , very smelly and vomitted on the car porch, I lost my appetite!
Now the Mother cat is caring for this semi blinded kitten, both eyes are closed and the kitty is always meowing for its mommy

Ohh they are bad neighbors, i remember they had even thrown hot water on kittens previously..but ofcourse that popping and vomiting is not welcomes and it causes uneasiness, there should be some remedy for that

Some momma cats will kill a kitten that has an illness or deformity knowing it can't survive without someone's help. It sounds cruel but is actually a kindness given the fact that deformed or ill kittens rarely survive in a feral community.

@rebelann Yes, the same is true for dogs, well I don't know if the dog will kill the pup but it will pretty much abandon it.

Some will kill them @Shellyann36 A woman I knew from decades ago had a Doberman who killed two of her babies shortly after they were born, the woman was mortified at the time and give the poor mamma to the pound, no one really knew all that much about dogs back then. I sure didn't.

How pitiful little cat family. Isn't there some sort of animal helper around your country to help bring the cat family away from your neighborhood so it can be helped and cared for?

Did you actually see the eyes to know its blind? If they are sick it will make their eyes glued shut. I had a kitten like that we took in.
