My neighborhood is starting to get bad again.

For awhile we would have gangs attacking gangs, drive by shoots, then it all calmed down.
Last week, I heard gun fire, at 8:30 pm. two women were shot, most likely drugs, There is a lot of drug activity here, mainly down the street at the apartments.
This morning, near the park, a homeless woman was found dead, and naked, I am sure some one killed her.Her clothes being off is not a good sign.
I don't feel safe to go out in the evening, I really hope things will get better here.

That sounds like an unsafe neighbourhood I wouldn't want to be in.

Do take care my friend. This is not a good sign to feel safe going out especially in the evening. I hope the suspects will be caught in no time.
