Going to the supermarket is a terrible idea when very hungry

It's a terrible idea to go to the supermarket when feeling very hungry. You wanna grab everything in your sight and throw it into the shopping cart. Then you end up stuck with a huge bill and things you could have done without. You even say to yourself "why the heck did I get this?" after you take stuff out of the bag. Has this ever happened to you? Do you go to the supermarket if you are very hungry? Or do you eat first before going food shopping?

Thats akin to going to the 99c store with a spare $50 bill on you.

Yes, it can be a problem. I'm working on becoming more disciplined. These days I go before eating but I only get hungry about 3 PM on most days. So, it is working out.

Does that mean you are always full? If you go food shopping when you are full you don't want anything. That's from my experience.
