Found the major problem

Well upstairs was having leaking issues with their water and now we finally found the major problem. The pipe to upstairs is in our bathroom and my husband cut open the wall and bam....as pictured you can see the problem. Now he's replacing the whole pipe because it's cracked all the way down. This house has issues since my mother in laws boyfriend bought the house. They replacing the roof in the Spring. At least the problems that keep appearing are getting fixed.

Glad the problem was found fast before it caused other problems. I am glad to hear that the problems with the house are being taken care of as well.
