My wrist is definitely hurt

We were doing hang cleans yesterday in our workout and I screwed up my right wrist. The barbells were already loaded with weights--75 pounds total for the women and 115 for the men. We had to do triples (sets of 3) before the next member of our team could then do their set) and we just kept going until we hit 50 total.
Somewhere around my 3rd set I hurt my wrist. 30 pounds on the bar was a bit too much for me and the hang clean movement is one that isn't my best. It was tender last night but when I woke up this morning I knew I was in trouble. It was very sore and swollen.
I took some ibuprofen and iced it while at work. I'll take some more ibuprofen in a bit. My husband told me to get an x-ray but that isn't necessary. It isn't broken--just strained or maybe even sprained. Guess it is a good thing that there are no more workouts until Monday. I really DO need this recovery week!
I am attaching a link to a 1 minute video showing you what a hang clean looks like. You can see it in the first 10 seconds. Watch the girl's wrists. You can see the potential for wrist injury pretty clearly with this exercise.

Hope it's nothing more serious than a strain and icing and ibuprofen works. Your workouts are definitely strenuous
