Unable To Communicate

Hello, fellow mylotters. Just a quick post since the hubby is at his last doctor appointment for his workman's comp injury. My husband and I both use social networks to communicate and keep up on the news as we don't have any television services. The other day my hubby was reported from FaceBook about a comment that he made over a year ago! Yeah, so much for "free" speech on that site. Anyways, since we moved over on our own property, FaceBook is the only way that the mother-in-law communicates with my husband. Since, he was reported in and his comment was removed, he decided to delete his account. He was nice enough to give everyone fair warning that he was deleting his account, that if people (family) wanted to get in touch with him, they would NO longer be able to contact him through FaceBook. Before he deleted his page, his mom commented that "well, now she wouldn't be able to get a hold of him anymore, because she wasn't going to walk over, because his wife (being me) wasn't "nice" to her!! Apparently a female friend of my hubby's responded back with some comment about "poor her" or something!! (My hubby nor I never read either one of those comments before he deleted his account, so we don't know if it's true or NOT.) The mother-in-law is one of those people that either blows things out of proportion or she tells things for people to feel sorry for her or that she needs her son to help her do something and she posts it on FaceBook for every one to see. She has to advertise it over FaceBook instead of coming over or even calling her son. Also, to think that she would say "I wasn't nice" after all the things I have done for her is NOT true, but now when she needs her son to do something for her, she won't be able to get a hold of him I mean really??? Well, I guess my hubby won't be doing anything for her because she can't communicate with him on FaceBook!!! Yeah, this post is a rant, to think that some one won't communicate with their very own child because he doesn't have FaceBook anymore. She won't come over because SHE hates me! It's sad that the only way you communicate with some one who lives next door is only through social media!!! ~Peace~
