Steamed carrots with butter / myLot

I had an large amount of carrots to use up. So i sliced them , steamed them then soaked in butter. I was impressed as i usually dont use carrots let alone have it as a main side to chicken.

I love buttered carrots, but wouldn't put brown sugar on them... I find carrots sweet enough as they are.

I will try it once to try it. I use to put dejon mustard on it.

I love steamed carrots. I don’t even use butter. I just add fresh or dried thyme.

I did add parsley and tyme. I find if they sit in my lunch until dinner they get dried out.
